You’re welcome! You can assign a co-host before a meeting, or during a meeting as you will see in the link. I think the Co-host has fewer management privileges than and Alternative Host, but I haven’t looked into the details. I made a mistake. No problem I think I figured it out, we really only want to have two meetings overlap and each meeting can have it’s own set of participants on the call and my boss can join whatever meeting he wants, as “join before host” is on.
That way each team can talk to their team members regardless which meeting my boss joins. As he has both the accounts, I think he can be in whatever meeting he wants to be in if I make both accounts the host and alternative host, we will see!
